Summary

3 x 60 minutes flexible telephone coaching sessions and self-guided study or 1 day face to face.

As an effective leader you need to demonstrate trust and be capable of making your team clearly understand your organisation’s vision. In doing so, you need to be able to motivate your team to stay on course and this requires a flexible skillset.

This programme gives you a fantastic opportunity to explore some of the leadership theories and experience of others. You can consider real-life examples and apply the lessons learned to your current work environment.

This module is available to support delegates working towards the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
