Social responsibility group

The Social Responsibility Group is an employee engagement working group. It supports the IMechE and its employees to increase engagement in socially responsible activities, focusing on charitable and/or environmental initiatives.

The Social Responsibility Group works to enable employees to match their actions with IMechE values, making an impact beyond the day job and acting with integrity within wider society by:

1. Increasing awareness of socially responsible initiatives
2. Creating opportunities to support charities or contribute to a cause
3. Removing barriers to participation
