DONATIONS

Around half of IMechE members donate to the Support Network in one way or another, mostly by making a voluntary £10 donation with their annual subscription, or through direct donations, Gift Aid and regular payments throughout the year.

You can make a donation in a few different ways:

By cheque

Cheques should be made payable to ‘Support Network’ (address below).

Online

Visit the Charities Aid Foundation website and enter 209465 (our registered charity number) as the keyword in the Find a charity dialog box.

Standing order

Non-paying members can donate by standing order. Contact us for further details or download a standing order form.

Gift Aid

Whichever method you choose, if you are a UK taxpayer you can increase the value of your contribution by 25% at no extra cost to yourself, by completing a Gift Aid Declaration. This is simple to set up and allows us to claim back UK tax paid. Please read our section on Gift Aid.
